Betty Karasek obtained her Master of Research degree in molecular biophysics from King's College London, United Kingdom. She is a professor of biophysics in an open research university since 8 years now. She was presented “Distinguished Teaching Award” in 21 for her excellence in imparting education to students. Karasek has authored and/or edited over 2 peer reviewed articles, research papers and book chapters in the field of biophysics.
